Meet Andre Palermo
I am Andre Palermo, Founder and Career Mentor at Palermo Career.
For more than 15 years, I have built my career in international corporate environments, with experience across supply chain, operations, programme management, customer operations and leadership.
I have worked with global organisations, multicultural teams and professionals at different stages of their careers. That experience has given me first-hand insight into how companies assess candidates, what hiring managers look for and how professionals can communicate their experience more effectively.
Alongside my corporate career, I completed postgraduate studies in Psychology and Neuroscience, which broadened my understanding of behaviour, communication, motivation and professional development.
I created Palermo Career to bring those perspectives together. My approach combines real corporate experience, an understanding of people and practical career guidance.
I do not believe career mentoring should turn you into a different candidate. It should help you understand what you already bring, communicate it effectively and make better decisions about what comes next.
